I hope you have a GREAT weekend! Alex is finally returning home from a seminar/workshop in Las Vegas this evening, so Stella is super excited about that ; ) I've got a 2 hour run on the schedule for tonight after work (slept in this morning) alternating between 10 minutes of slow recovery running & 5 minutes of walking. I've made the switch from marathon-PR training to ultra-training and focusing more on 'time on my feet' rather than paces. 10 & 15 mile runs on the schedule for the weekend, plus hoping to get some more planting done!

It's supposed to be BEAUTIFUL weather here, so looking forward to spending some time outside (running and not running as well)
