Running can seem daunting…

I remember signing up for my first half marathon back in 2011. I had NO IDEA what I was doing and eight miles seemed really far (I was accustomed to doing 3 miles on the treadmill WHILE HOLDING ON 3x/week). I wish that I had had someone guide me and give me a training plan that left me feeling empowered. Training plans that you find through a google search are good places to start, but they don’t always set yourself up for success. I decided to become a run coach (after many years of wanting to do it) mainly to selfishly improve my own running (after self- coaching from a 4:42 marathon to a 3:51 marathon), but I also realized that I LOVE to empower others and maybe I can help you reach your goals. It doesn’t matter what you want to accomplish and I truly believe that no dream is too small. As a figure skating coach for over 12 years and ski instructor for 4 years, I have a true passion for helping others achieve their goals. I also believe in being accessible to my athletes (yes, YOU ARE AN ATHLETE if you’re reading this)!
