I CANNOT believe that June is TOMORROW?!? May flew by and was filled with a lot of STUFF for me. Moving, traveling with the cats, beginning classes, transitioning to a new living area, running a 50 miler. I was able to check off a whole lot of stuff off of my 2019 ‘goals’ list (and also some things that I wasn’t able to get to), but overall I’m feeling pretty darn excited for the future.
Before we move forward to what my June goals are, let’s look back on my May goals.
Go on more adventures - CHECK. I did a bunch of exploring before I left Steamboat and have been able to get some ‘mini adventures’ in here, but am excited for much more exploring next month!
Meditation once a week- nope.
Yoga once a week- almost! I didn’t get yoga in the week before my 50 miler, but my schedule was pretty jam-packed anyways.
Run 50 miles- CHECK.
Go on 2 hikes
Run up Mt. Washington!
Go on 2 swims
Do some gardening
Yoga 1x/ week
